It is heartening to see our Finance Minister presenting a budget of All Inclusive. 


This is a work just starting
Starting to correct wrong, fundamentally wrong policy
that harmed our competitiveness


We have to be supportive, even we are impatient.
Even we are impatient because we know the harm is too deep into our survival, very basic survival.


We have to provide good ideas, than just saying this cannot, this must cut.
May this be the first of a series - 20120301 Depth to All Inclusive 1 - Purpose of Public Policy


It is heartening to see our Finance Minister presenting a budget of All Inclusive.
This is ALL inclusive, is a significant step of commitment.
ALL inclusive is beyond inclusive, some inclusive, very inclusive.


It is the fundamental of all Public Policies, improving the life of people, his people, all his people, i.e. Singaporeans.
Any investment, including inviting migrants, must improve the life, ability of Singaporeans.
If it does not, then no matter who said it, how eloquent in saying it, it is harmful.
Can harmful decision, policies be not wrong?


It is by reducing cost of operations, that we, as an export dependent economy will thrive.
It is by investing in cultivating Singaporeans to be stronger, better able, that Singapore will be a better place.
We will then attract best caliber talent around the world for less.


This is written in 2006 04 08 and hand delivered to His Excellency Lee Kuan Yew when decadence industries like Crazy Horse, Casinos are the ONLY two major initiatives to help Singapore economy. 


It is entitled:


Beginning or Ending

.....  Experience definitely tell you to be efficient in every doing
Rally every bit you have and not buy the best with all you have

Good men will come to you for lesser if you are good
While those not so good will come to you ask for everything better

Your greatest value, to the world
is you do more, better, faster with less

then the world will pay you your worth
Even Billions will be a small rewards
However, we know Singapore succeeded because of a team, a strong team, not one lone Champion.
It is heartening that Members of Parliament, especially the governing party are now proposing to reduce land cost, etc to keep our SME survive.

It is when we are competitive, our leaders can be collecting billions, instead of millions.
Then Singapore will be a blissful nation to live in.
Because they can provide good solutions to the world, not from tax payer's labors.
Salary reviewed is not needed, because our MP knows if they do great to the nation, they will be needed by even by Rockerfeller, Rothchilds.....

Otherwise, by artificially window dress GDP, we will perish.

It is not just SME, but also MNC, even Casino that will leave if our cost is too high, said the leader of International Chamber.
