The Prime Minister cannot assign CAD to investigate CPIB.
CPIB is entrusted to investigate corruptions, especially those concerning highest level of government officers.
CAD is a junior organization, that is tasked to investigate commercial crime.
Corruption is not a trivial matter, like a white collar crime.
Investigating CPIB officer's corruption by CAD will collapse the painstaking effort his father devoted to construct Singapore.

This Prime Minister may not be trained in the principles of law and have not assembled a team of able to assist him, guide him.
Both Micheal Bloomberg and General Prabowo at their visit here, in their speech reminded us each of them have a team of able advisor.

Bloomberg will impact world corporate leaders confident in Singapore.
What did Bloomberg reported lately about Singapore?
What happen a leader of neighboring country is very much aware of our fatal weakness?

Did PM consult the Dean of Law, now we had more than two Law schools?
Did PM consult Chief Justice, we just had a new one.

Police is the single service, throughout history, around the world, subjected to most temptation, and corruption almost never cease to happen, even under the most able leaders.

Subjecting CPIB to be investigated by CAD, which is under Home Affair, which  also command the Police Force, demolished the esteem of CPIB.

CPIB will lost the credibility to investigate government officers in the future.
The solution is to conduct the the investigation by Prime Minister office, lead by Prime Minister himself.

This cannot be any lower.
If this Prime Minister insist the investigation to be done by any officer, is just like when there is a housing problem, go discuss with Mah Boh Tan, without consulting Transport Minister.

So an able young devoted Raymond Lim was sacrificed.
So maximizing one aspect demolish the whole system.
All trained engineer will use the word Optimization. Mah is a failed Engineer, who uses Maximization.

How many more young officers are on the line to be sacrificed?
How many able proven Ministers will be employed by foreign nations?

3PM has proven one thing:
Office bearers need to be trained.
Even Full General need to be trained, induced, to carry the office of a Minister.
Otherwise, excellent Youthful, Handsome, able Michael Palmer failed at his first leg.

For Singapore to recover, we cannot see light at 3PM.
